Ken Hayden started Pioneer Custom Kitchens with an exceptional group of cabinetry craftsmen in 2014. Ken has 30 years of experience building the finest cabinetry for high end residential clients. He now brings this experience as the leader of his own company based in Lancaster, PA.

Our TeamWith a small group of 20 craftsmen ranging from skilled cabinet builders to expert finishers to strong customer service representatives, Ken and his team hand make finely finished, beautiful cabinetry for your home. Ken is building team loyalty by providing a flexible work environment that allows employees to have a home life as well.
